Movements. KIMS Hospitals, Hyderabad names Dr Saurabh Lall as COO

KIMS Hospitals Hyderabad has named healthcare leader Dr Saurabh Lall as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Dr Lall joins KIMS after serving as Vice President and Hospital Director at Marengo Asia Hospitals, where he led hospital operations and P&L responsibilities. Prior to this, he spent more than seven years at Max Healthcare, holding leadership positions including Associate Vice President and Head of Hospital Operations.

Over the course of his career, Dr Lall has built experience across hospital operations, business strategy, execution, and healthcare management.

He has also held leadership roles at Centre for Sight and Clove Dental, where he worked across areas including operational management, organisational strategy, sales and operations coordination, and project execution.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), Dr Lall brings experience spanning healthcare management, business growth, operational excellence, service quality, technology, and organisational leadership. He has also been involved in healthcare quality and accreditation initiatives, including assessments related to JCI, NABH, and other healthcare standards.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Dr Lall is associated with the Alumni Mentorship Programme at IIM Ahmedabad, where he mentors students and alumni on career development and professional growth.

His appointment adds to KIMS Hospitals’ leadership team in Hyderabad, bringing experience from multiple healthcare organisations across hospital and healthcare services. Digital Health News
