BTL acquires Belgium-based Medisoft

BTL has acquired Belgium-based Medisoft.

Founded in 1977 in Sorinnes, Belgium, Medisoft has spent decades engineering cardiorespiratory health solutions, including spirometry and pulmonary function testing systems.

The strategic acquisition marks BTL’s official entry into the respiratory and pulmonary diagnostic space, and builds on a five-year commercial partnership. By combining Medisoft’s expertise with BTL’s global infrastructure, BTL is taking a significant step forward in its mission to deliver a comprehensive, top-tier medical technology portfolio.

Medisoft will maintain its headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and team in Sorinnes, Belgium.
