Agappe Diagnostics Ltd is redefining clinical excellence with the Mispa i60, a fully automated chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) analyzer, with plasma biomarkers for Alzheimer’s–Amyloid Beta 1-42 and phosphorylated Tau (pTau) 217. The plasma biomarker kits for pTau 217 and Beta Amyloid 42 are now commercially available and ready for patient testing on the Mispa i60 platform.

pTau 217 and Beta Amyloid 42 test have been approved by the US FDA in May 2025. These plasma markers allow blood-based testing for Alzheimer’s disease, offering a simpler, faster, and less invasive alternative to PET scans or spinal fluid analysis. By evaluating the pTau217/Amyloid Beta 1-42 ratio, clinicians can now detect Alzheimer’s pathology much earlier and more effectively. Through strategic technology transfer and CDMO collaboration with Fujirebio Inc., Japan, Agappe becomes the first Indian company to manufacture these markers locally.

The Mispa i60 is a new benchmark in immunoassay automation. Delivering up to 60 tests per hour with random access and multi-analyte capability, it ensures rapid, precise results across diverse disease panels. Its Mono Test Cartridge system eliminates reagent wastage and contamination, while the master calibration and auto-dilution functions guarantee analytical accuracy with minimal intervention. Unlike conventional CLIA machines, the Mispa i60 integrates in-built refrigeration (5–15°C) to preserve reagent stability, supports priority specimen testing, and features photon counting for superior sensitivity. Compact yet powerful, its touchscreen interface, disposable tip system, and space-saving desktop design make it ideal for modern, high-throughput clinical laboratories.

Mispa i60 enables high-precision measurements and advanced enzyme reactions within 25 minutes. Designed for enhanced workflow efficiency, it accommodates 36 samples ensuring minimal downtime and continuous processing. The built-in calibration system, master correction features, and compatibility with standard Mispa series data protocols further enhance reproducibility and ease of use. Every component including auto-sampling and reagent refrigeration has been optimized to meet global standards.
