Agappe Diagnostics appoints Rahul Raman Nair as CHRO

Agappe Diagnostics Ltd has appointed Rahul Raman Nair as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Rahul brings over 17 years of cross-sector HR leadership experience spanning healthcare, banking, information technology, and FMCG. His expertise includes strategic HR management, talent development, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development. In his new role, Rahul will lead Agappe’s people strategy, with a focus on building a high-performance culture and aligning talent initiatives with the company’s long-term business goals.

Prior to joining Agappe Diagnostics, Rahul served as Head of Human Resources at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital. His earlier roles include Corporate HR Director and Chief People Officer at Starcare Hospital, Vice President – Human Resources at Amtex Systems Inc., and Circle HR Head at Axis Bank. He began his career as an HR Specialist at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd.
