B&E Diagnostics India Pvt. Ltd. has launched the handheld blood gas electrolyte analyzer i-Check 200, based on microfluidic and electrochemical detection technology. The analyzer features a single-use cartridge with a plastic substrate, multi-biosensor array, calibrator pouch, sample injection port, and waste chamber. The multi-biosensor array is produced by silk screen printing using carbon, silver, and insulation ink materials, reducing production costs. The analyzer has long-term stability up to 12 months under refrigeration and requires only 95 μL of blood for testing.

The BC-200 is an advanced biochemistry analyzer with a compact, user-friendly design, capable of high-speed testing, advanced reagent management, and an intuitive interface. Our Ahmedabad-based reagents manufacturing facility focuses on producing high-quality, customized solutions, ensuring quality control, and scalability to meet international standards and customer needs. The analyzer is a multi-functional device that includes a photoelectric colorimetric system, sampling system, cleaning system, control unit, data processing system, result output section, and optional accessories. It has a test speed of 200T/h and an ISE module test speed of 450T/h, with a maximum absorbance linear range of 2.0 and an accuracy of ±0.025 at 0.5 and ±0.07 at 1.0.
