Telangana approves three medical infra projects worth ₹75.45 crore
The Telangana Health department on Tuesday approved three healthcare projects to strengthen medical infrastructure in Peddapalli district. Two of these projects fall under the Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (TVVP), while the other comes under the Directorate of Public Health and Family Welfare (DPHFW).
In separate orders issued by Health Secretary Christina Z. Chongthu, ₹22 crore was sanctioned for constructing a 50-bed hospital in Manthani mandal. Another order allocated ₹51 crore for upgrading the District Hospital in Peddapalli from a 50-bed facility to a 100-bed hospital. Additionally, ₹2.45 crore was approved for construction of a Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Gunjapadugu village, located in Manthani mandal of Peddapalli district. The Hindu
