KMC Specialty Hospitals appoints Mohan Srinivasan as additional director

KMC Specialty Hospitals has appointed Mohan Srinivasan as additional director.

Srinivasan has been appointed as an additional director (in the capacity of an independent director) for a term of three years commencing from August 29 till August 28, 2027 subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Mohan Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant by profession and partner of Patel Mohan Ramesh & Co for the last 41 years. He is the vice president of The Society of Auditors, Chennai. He is co-opted to the Company Law Committee of the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) and is also an Arbitrator approved by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) for settlement of disputed cases.

Srinivasan is not debarred from holding the office of director by order of SEBI or any other appropriate authority.
