Fortis Healthcare Q4FY24: PAT increases 46.88% to Rs 203.14 crore
Fortis Healthcare Ltd has announced Q4FY24 results. Consolidated PAT increased 46.88 percent to Rs 203.14 crore in Q4FY24 against Rs 138.3 crore in Q4FY23.
Consolidated revenue from operations in Q4FY24 stood at Rs 1,785.88 crore against Rs 1,642.7 crore in Q4FY23.
Revenue from the core healthcare division stood at Rs 1,489.78 crore in Q4FY24 against Rs 1,350.98 crore in Q4FY23.
Diagnostics division’s revenue stood at Rs 338.44 crore in Q4FY24 as against Rs 332.14 crore in Q4FY23.
The company has recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting.
FY24 highlights:
Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 645.22 crore in FY24 against Rs 632.98 in FY23
Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,892.92 crore in FY24 compared to Rs 6,297.63 crore in FY23.
“The year gone by has witnessed a healthy performance led by our hospitals business. Our consolidated topline grew 9.5% to INR 6,893 Crs while our operating profitability. i.e. EBITDA increased 15.1% to INR 1,268 Crs. The hospital business contributed more than 80% to our consolidated topline while at the EBITDA level the hospital business contribution rose from 79% in FY23 to 83% in FY24,” said Dr Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, MD and CEO, Fortis Healthcare.
“For the quarter our hospital business revenues increased 10.3% while margins improved to 22.4% versus 16.4% in Q4FY23.The performance for the quarter was in part due to an improved specialty mix reflected in the YoY ARPOB increase of 10.3% to INR 2.32 Crs.”
