Bruker completes the acquisition of Alicona Imaging

Bruker Corporation has completed its previously announced acquisition of Alicona Imaging GmbH, a leading provider of optical-based metrology products in Graz, Austria. For calendar year 2018, Alicona expects to be profitable with revenues of approximately USD 25 million.

Bruker anticipates the acquisition to expand its application reach and offer customers an even more comprehensive selection of complementary metrology solutions to serve materials research, engineering, and high-precision quality assurance needs.
