Aster DM Q1FY25: Revenue jumps to ₹1,001.87 crore; profit hits ₹81 crore
Aster DM Healthcare has announced Q1FY25 results.
Unaudited consolidated revenue from operations jumped to Rs 1,001.87 crore in Q1FY25 from Rs 841.21 crore in Q1FY24. Other income for the quarter jumped to 48.72 crore from Rs 7.79 crore in Q1FY24.
Profit for the period from continuing operations for Q1FY25 was Rs 81 crore against Rs 44.68 crore in Q1FY24.
Other highlights
During the quarter that ended on 30 June 2024, the Group entered into an Addendum Hospital Operation and Management Agreement with Cauvery Medical Centre Private Limited for the expansion of its existing Aster CMI Hospital premises, Bengaluru.
The Group announced the completion of the separation of its Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) business on 03 April 2024. As a result, the Company has classified the GCC business as Discontinued Operations in the Statement. The prior period amounts have been accordingly represented. Discontinued Operations include direct expenses, including transaction costs, clearly identifiable to the businesses being discontinued.
