Fujifilm India Private Limited has signed a contract with KRSNAA Diagnostics Private Limited to install 1000 computed radiography (CR) systems across India. This will convert 1000 X-ray setups from analog to digital, allowing patients to get immediate reporting through teleradiology. The installation of Fujifilm's state-of-the-art CR systems are expected to reduce reporting time and enable enhanced image quality to provide better diagnosis and care, thereby saving precious lives. The first phase of execution in Assam ended in February 2017, and the overall project is estimated to be completed in next two years. As part of the contract, Fujifilm is expected to supply and install 1000 units of
FCR Prima and 1200 units of DRYPIX imager. The FCR Prima comes in a compact body and provides extremely fast processing that streamlines the diagnosis process. Besides its unique space-saving design, it supports accurate diagnosis by offering stable and optimized high-quality images.
