Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on Monday said that the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH) certified 11 hospitals have been empanelled to facilitate employees and pensioners of the State.

With this, the number of Government empanelled hospitals has increased to 67, the Minister said.

Giving details, Vij said that the empanelled hospitals are Cygnus Hospital, Kurukshetra, Cygnus Hospital, New Delhi, IRCC Hospital, Panchkula, Shri Guru Harkishan Sahib Hospital, Sohana, Park Hospital, Panipat, Ahooja Eye and Dental Institute, Gurugram, Grecian Hospital, Mohali, Punjab, Manglam Diagnostic Hisar, Columbia Asia Hospital, Patiala, Punjab, Indus Super Specialty Hospital, Mohali, Punjab and Mool Chand Hospital, New Delhi. 

Directions had been issued to also get NABH certification to already empanelled hospitals. For this, they had been given two years time to provide excellent healthcare services to the people of the State, Vij said.

If these hospitals do not get certification of NABH during the period then they would be off the list of empanelled hospitals of the State Government, he added. – Daily Pioneer
